Core information for participation during the three conference days.
The conference will take place in person from Wednesday, 9 September to Friday, 11 September 2026.
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
Coffee breaks and buffet lunches will be provided at the venue during the three conference days.
Wi-Fi will be available at the conference venue. Conference documentation will be circulated electronically.
Entry requirements depend on nationality. Some participants require a visitor visa, while visa-exempt travellers arriving by air may require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). The organizers have supported visa-required participants over the past month by providing invitation letters and related conference documentation.
When travelling, carry your valid passport, conference invitation letter, visa or eTA confirmation, flight itinerary and copies of the supporting documents submitted with your application. A border services officer may ask to see your invitation letter or other documents on arrival.
